Cancellation of the FACTORING FINANCE LLC series B bonds issue registration

FACTORING FINANCE LLC reports that according to the NSSMC Order № 74-КФ-С-О as of November 24th, 2016 the turnover of FACTORING FINANCE LLC series B bonds issue was suspended. Additionally, according to the NSSMC Order № 228-КФ-С-О as of Deember 8th, 2016 the registration of bonds issue (series B) was cancelled and registration Certificate № 28/2/2014 as of February 5th, 2014 issued by NSSMC on the 29th of September, 2014 – anulled.
