Limited Liability Company Factoring Finance received a certificate of registration of financial institutions and permission to provide factoring services in January 2009 (certificate number 220 FC from 29.01.2009 year).

On March 30, 2017, Factoring Finance LLC obtained a license for conducting business activities in providing financial services (except for professional activities in the securities market), namely the provision of factoring services.

01.02.2018, Factoring Finance LLC received a license for conducting business activities in providing financial services (except for professional activities in the securities market), namely: providing financial leasing services.

On February 13, 2018, Factoring Finance LLC obtained a license for conducting business activities in providing financial services (except for professional activities in the securities market), namely the provision of funds on a loan, including on the terms of a financial loan.

On 07.03.2024, the National Bank of Ukraine submitted a note to the Federal State Financial Supervision Authority on reissuing the licenses of FACTORING FINANCE LLC (code under EDRPOU 36125262) for the implementation of economic activities for the provision of financial services (except for professional activities on the securities market), namely the provision of financial leasing services, provision of factoring services, provision of funds on loan, including on the terms of a financial loan for a license to operate a financial company with the right to provide services – financial leasing, factoring, provision of funds and bank metals on credit.

Capital “Factoring Finance” for today is 56 500 000,00, which allows time to perform its obligations to its customers.
