According to the information received on July 4th, 2012 from JSC “Ukrainian Exchange”, “Factoring Finance” Ltd reports that Quotation Commission of JSC “Ukrainian Exchange” took a decision (№596 of July 3rd 2012) to include the interest bonds Series A, issued by “Factoring Finance” Ltd, to the Quotation list of the 2nd Tier of PFTS Listing of Stock Exchange Register of JSC “Ukrainian Exchange”.
The decision takes effect on July 4th , 2012.
The information about securities transferred to the Quotation list of the 2nd Tier of PFTS Listing:
1. Registered interest-bearing bonds (Series A), a form of existence – non-documentary.
2. Nominal value of a bond is 1,000.00 (one thousand) UAH .
3. Total nominal value of bonds is 50,000,000.00 (fifty million) UAH.
4. The number of bonds is 50,000.00 (fifty thousand).
5. Ratio of securities (for which the action is committed) to the total size of the particular issue of securities is 100.00%.
6. The rights granted to owners of bonds:
– The right to buy and sell bonds Series A on the Secondary Stock Exchange and OTC securities markets;
– The right to receive the nominal value of bonds Series A at the maturity date of their repayment;
– The right to receive interest income as accrued interest on the nominal value of bonds Series A at the end of each interest period;
– The right to perform other operations that do not conflict with applicable legislations;
– The right to present bonds Series A to their issuer to repurchase them at a specified Bond Issue Prospectus Terms.
7. The bonds’ issue is registered by the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine of 09.03.2011 (the Bonds Registration Certificate № 43/2/11).
