Factoring Finance LLC announces the redemption of series A bond issue

We inform you that in accordance with the terms of the prospectus Factoring Finance LLC has repaid series A bond issue.

According to the order № 74-КФ-С-О as of the 6^th of April, 2016, due to bonds issue redemption (series A) the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market decided to cancel the registration of Factoring Finance’s series A bond issue, as well as to cancel the certificate of registration of Factoring Finance’s series A bond issue dated March 9^th, 2011, № 43/2/11, issued by the State Commission on securities and stock market as of October 31^st, 2011.
